For our Global Commercial Operations team at our site in Boston, USA we are seeking a Field Application Specialist (m/f)
Your Responsibilities:
As a Field Application Specialist, you will provide technical field support to our academic, clinical and industry customers in the greater Boston area.
Your tasks will include
- planning and executing wet lab demos
- managing strategic partnerships
- providing customer support
- developing new applications on the LUNARIS™ platform
- holding presentations at conferences and symposia
- driving adoption of the LUNARIS™ technology through key opinion leaders, creating new references and other as applicable
You will work closely together with the Global Commercial Team and R&D Department based in Cologne to introduce our new technology to the US market and to reach our business goals (incl. on-site trainings in Cologne).
Your Qualifications:
We expect
- a minimum of MSc degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology or related discipline
- technical expertise in protein multiplex applications
- 1-2 years of professional experience are advantageous
- a tight link to the Boston scientific community
